Membership Policies:

  • All applications are to be submitted to Membership Chairman, who will submit to the Board at the next scheduled meeting. Membership Fee is in accordance with type of membership selected and must accompany application.
  • If approved, membership Chairman (or delegate) will notify applicant and Board President will advise Club Manager and Treasurer. New Member will be offered applicable Club privileges immediately.
  • All memberships are twelve (12) month memberships. Dues are paid year round. Initiation Fees and Stock Fees are non-refundable. A letter of resignation is required to end the membership at any point past 12 months.
  • All memberships have an additional $50 food & beverage minimum each month, excluding non-resident.
  • PGCC reserves the right to terminate any membership for failure to pay charges to the account and seek necessary course of action to obtain all money owed.
  • Balances are due by the 12th of each month. A $15 late fee will be applied to any unpaid balance.
  • Delinquent accounts will be referred for collections after 90 days and are subject to credit reporting. You will be responsible for collection fees and/or attorney fees.
